Encouraged by our strong sibling bonds, H4 Enterprises, LLC was officially established in 2012 when we acquired our family construction business and continued the traditions upheld by our parents. We've grown in both services offered, such as demolition and beach replenishment, as well as territory which consists of the southern half of New Jersey and beyond. We are proud to help strengthen our communities and help during crisis situations in our region.
Our commitment to consistency, budget, and timely delivery has built trust among our clients. We are certified by Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE). We are also part of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 825 and Construction & General Laborers’ Local 172.
Victoria Heun Pierson
I'm the managing member of H4 Enterprises LLC with 26 years of experience in the industry. I oversee the day to day operations, including equipment operating, scheduling, and accounting. I have both OSHA and MSHA training as well as Construction Quality Management via U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and certified equipment operator through Operating Engineers Union 825. My responsibilities also include site inspections, acquiring permits and licenses, bid preparation, and equipment purchasing.
Phil Heun Jr.
As a member of H4 Enterprises LLC I bring 30 years of heavy equipment operations through Operating Engineers Union 825. I have a vast knowledge of most phases of construction from beginning to end. I also am responsible for planning, estimating, and managing the complete project workload. I have performed work in the public sector, government agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and most of the counties of Southern New Jersey and certified by NJDEP Coastal Resources as a Jetty Rock Setter.
I am proud that my Son, Phil Heun IV is also part of our H4 Team. He attended Widner University for Civil Engineering
Chris (Boomer) Heun
As a member of H4 Enterprises LLC I bring 23 years of heavy equipment operations through Operating Engineers Union 825 with loaders, excavators, asphalt pavers, road graders, dozers, and the likes. I have a vast knowledge of most phases of construction including demolition, excavations, land clearing, site development, beach replenishment, jetty and geo tube installations, drainage, underground utilities, dredging and paving. I have performed work in the public sector, government agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and most of the counties of Southern New Jersey and certified by NJDEP Coastal Resources as a Jetty Rock Setter, as well as received training by NJDOT Railroad.
